1. Service

Bacenik provides Bacenik CIQ™ decision support on a read-first basis above the customer’s ERP or general ledger. Customer personnel approve material decisions. Writing back to the ERP, if ever enabled, requires a separate written schedule.

2. Term & fees

Term, seats, tier, and fees are set on the Order Form. Invoices follow Stripe or enterprise PO terms stated there.

3. Data & security

Processing is governed by the DPA. Customer remains controller of financial evidence. Bacenik maintains access control, encryption in transit, encryption of secrets at rest, audit logging, and org isolation as described on the Trust page.

4. Availability & support

Target availability and support hours are published in the commercial operations pack. Scheduled maintenance is noticed in advance when practical.

5. Warranties & liability

Service is provided with professional care. Aggregate liability is capped as stated on the Order Form (typically fees paid in the prior 12 months), excluding willful misconduct and uncapped data protection duties where required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after notice. Upon termination, customer may request an offboarding export pack; retention floors apply until deletion.
