Default posture
Bacenik CIQ™ analyzes evidence above your general ledger. Recommendations require approval from your team. There are no silent journal entries.
If posting is ever required
- A separate Order Form schedule naming the ERP, entities, and account mapping
- Dual control: Bacenik CIQ™ approval plus an ERP posting role
- Full audit of proposed versus posted amounts
- Two controls must both be on—the platform permission and your organization permission—and posting itself remains unavailable until Bacenik releases that capability under a written schedule
