- Service status and health checks available
- Pilot order form or master agreement acknowledged
- Pilot engagement scope agreed in writing
Path B — Guided commercial use
Public commercial use with Bacenik Experts or Partner Edition firms. See guided commercial scope.
- Pilot foundation complete
- Payment by card checkout or invoice under your agreement
- Customer environments do not run on demo shortcuts
- Backups confirmed or Bacenik-supervised continuity accepted
- Partner Edition or Bacenik Expert delivery model
- Guided commercial scope published
- Pricing and support levels published
- Organization isolation and seat limits in place
- Service status available to customers
- Leadership sign-off for guided commercial offering
Path C — Unrestricted enterprise platform
Full platform purchase as a company standard. Track progress in readiness evidence. Do not treat Paths A or B as this path.
- SOC 2 report available for diligence
- Confirmed live connection to your system of record
- At least two named references with letters on file
- Documented restore drill and backup targets
- Company single sign-on enforced and directory sync tested
- Customer production without demo shortcuts; live billing keys
- Countersigned master agreement on file
- External security test with critical findings closed
